I Didn't Receive My Ticket Email

Check Your Spam Folder

Sometimes emails end up in spam. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from Ticketsli.

Check My Tickets Section

  1. Log in to your Ticketsli account
  2. Go to "My Tickets"
  3. Your tickets should be available there, even if you don't receive the email

Re-send Ticket Email

  1. Go to My Tickets
  2. Find the event
  3. Click "Resend Ticket Email"
