I Didn't Receive My Ticket Email
Check Your Spam Folder
Sometimes emails end up in spam. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from Ticketsli.
Check My Tickets Section
- Log in to your Ticketsli account
- Go to "My Tickets"
- Your tickets should be available there, even if you don't receive the email
Re-send Ticket Email
- Go to My Tickets
- Find the event
- Click "Resend Ticket Email"
Still Not Seeing Your Ticket?
- Contact our support team via the chat widget
- Include your booking reference number
- We'll investigate and help you immediately
