How to Request a Refund

Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if:

  • The event has been cancelled
  • The event date has been postponed
  • You have a valid reason for cancellation (refer to our refund policy)

Request a Refund

  1. Go to "My Tickets"
  2. Find the event you want to refund
  3. Click "Request Refund"
  4. Select the reason for refund
  5. Submit your request

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
  • Check your bank account for the refund status
