How to Request a Refund
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund if:
- The event has been cancelled
- The event date has been postponed
- You have a valid reason for cancellation (refer to our refund policy)
Request a Refund
- Go to "My Tickets"
- Find the event you want to refund
- Click "Request Refund"
- Select the reason for refund
- Submit your request
Processing Time
- Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
- Check your bank account for the refund status
