What is a Settlement?

A settlement is the transfer of funds from ticket sales to your bank account.

Settlement Schedule

• Settlements are processed automatically after the event
• Funds are typically transferred within 2-3 business days
• For multi-day events, settlement happens after the final day

Settlement Amount

Total ticket sales minus:

• Platform commission: 5% + GST
• Payment gateway charges: 2% + GST
• Any applicable discounts or refunds

Tracking Settlements

1. Go to "Settlements" in your organizer dashboard
2. View all past and pending settlements
3. Download settlement reports for accounting

Payment Method

Settlements are transferred to your registered bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
